Coordinating and organising appointments to visit the sites you will visit with your personal assistant, or the assistant will visit them on your behalf. Your personal assistant will advise you and provide honest feedback, presenting the information provided as clearly as possible.
Negotiating on your behalf with private owners or other estate agents.
Checking property-related documentation: ownership, debts, mortgages, status, etc.
Preparation of property reservation documents, collection of all necessary transaction documents, future contract, purchase contract, escrow agreement, assistance in opening a bank account, arrange signing contracts at the notary, where your personal assistant will be present and act as translator if necessary.
After-sales service, including re-registration services. Your personal assistant will take care of the contracts for electricity, gas and water supply, arrange the connection to the Internet, etc.
And all in Czech, Russian and English.
